POSITION: Marketing Assistant
Join this rapidly growing company that provides outsourced back
office services as a crucial member of the Marketing team. You
will provide day-to-day operational support to the Marketing Manager
and direct support to the entire Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate company presence at all national and regional events
- Execute direct mail / email campaigns
- Sales Team support and relationship management
- Track lead generation, opportunities and deals won
- Project management; meeting deadlines, time management,
budgeting, organization of vendor capabilities, and tracking /
monitoring procedures
- Coordinate the design, production, and writing of marketing
materials
- Manage inventory of marketing materials and ensure all are up
to date
- Manage corporate website revisions, uploads, search engine
optimization and paid placement programs
- Identify and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Partake in weekly update meetings with head of Marketing
- Actively participate in team and department meetings
Job Requirements
- BA / BS Required
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple
tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others; a team player
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, constantly
changing environment
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Self-started with high energy and the capacity to work in a
team environment that is results oriented
- Experience with SalesForce a plus
