How We Screen Job Candidates
At MPR, we carefully screen candidates for:
- Unique and appropriate skill sets - education, industry experience, qualitative and quantitative skills
- Managerial ability - our candidates (even those for low level positions) should demonstrate appropriate skills for managing cross-functional teams, managing projects, motivating people and ability to follow up
- Ability to communicate clearly - great writing skills, presentation skills, speaking skills
- Diplomacy skills - conflict resolution, ability to interface with top management and clients
- Academic and personal accomplishments - the best possible schools, GPA, achievements available in the marketplace
- Exceptional references - we aim for at least three solid personal and business referrals including at least one supervisor, past or present
