Conditions of Sale
Pricing of all Resume Services ("Services") offered by Marketing Pro Resources, Inc. on this web site or other web sites are based on the assumption that Customer's original resume submitted for editorial services is complete and in reasonable editorial condition as determined by Marketing Pro Resources, Inc. in its sole discretion.
Prices of Services include reasonable and customary editing, but under no conditions include resume writing from "scratch." Marketing Pro Resources, Inc. reserves the right to return original resumes to Customers unedited for any reason with a full refund of any monies paid in advance.
Refunds for completed Services will be awarded at the sole discretion of Marketing Pro Resources, Inc.
Customers who order Services from Marketing Pro
Resources, Inc. shall be responsible for emailing their resumes to the
following email address subsequent to payment:
resumeservices@marketingproresources.com
Should Marketing Pro Resources, Inc. not receive a resume from a Customer
after payment has been made, the company will make every reasonable effort
to notify that Customer via email or by phone if necessary. A refund
will be awarded to Customers who fail to send in a resume within 10 days
after payment.
Resumes must be submitted in Microsoft Word to be processed. No other format is acceptable.
Limit of Liability/Disclaimer or Warranty:
Marketing Pro Resources, Inc. makes no representations or warranties with
respect to the accuracy or completeness of the Services and
specifically disclaim all warranties, including without limitation,
warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
In addition, no warranty may be created or extended by sales or promotional materials, including but not limited to, the corporate website, marketingproresources.com, or other web site with links to said site.
The editorial changes, advice and career strategies offered via Services may not be suitable for every situation or any situation. The Services are sold with the understanding that Marketing Pro Resources, Inc. is not engaged in rendering legal, psychiatric, medical, accounting or other professional services or advice.
If professional assistance is required by a customer, the services of a competent professional should be sought. Neither Marketing Pro Resources, Inc. nor its employees shall be liable for damages arising here from.
